Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Shipping charge
Orders of AED 350 or more get free delivery. Orders below AED 350 carry a delivery charge of AED 30. The free delivery or the charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is the payment method offered at checkout. You can also pay online through a payment link we send on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Order confirmation
After you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. Check that the delivery address and phone number are correct, because the courier relies on both.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
If an address is incomplete or the phone number cannot be reached, delivery can be delayed or the order cancelled. Contact us through the contact page as soon as you notice a mistake.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, follow the steps in our refund and returns policy.
