Our position

We resell. We do not make or own these brands. Listings quote the numbers printed on the product or its pack, and when an item turns out to differ from its listing we investigate it under the refund and returns policy.

Outside our checks

  • Items already opened, used or altered.
  • Verdicts from a single image.
  • Questions that only the brand owner can answer.

A quick inspection at the door

  1. Look at the outer carton for signs that it was reopened.
  2. Compare the model name and its spelling with your order.
  3. Compare flavour, puff rating and strength with the listing.
  4. Check the printing: crisp text, even colour, straight labels.
  5. Examine the unit for cracks, loose parts, leaks and a missing seal or film.
  6. For TEREA, confirm that the market named in the product title appears on the pack.

Red flags

  • A misspelt brand or model.
  • A flavour that is not the one you picked.
  • Smeared or tilted label print.
  • A broken or absent seal.
  • Numbers on the pack that match nothing on the listing.

Report a mismatch

Stop using the item and keep the packaging. Photograph the front, back and label, then send the photos and your order number through the contact page. We reply with next steps under the refund and returns policy.
