Buyers
You must be at least 18 and buying for your own use. An order may be cancelled when the buyer looks to be under 18.

A listing repeats what is printed on the product or pack, for example puff rating, nicotine strength and pack size. The option you tick on the product page decides what is sent out.
Pricing
Prices are in AED. A price that is plainly a mistake may be corrected before dispatch, and we will contact you first.
How an order becomes a sale
Your order is an offer to buy, and a sale is made when we dispatch the goods. We can refuse or cancel an order when an item is out of stock, an address is out of reach, a price is wrong or a buyer’s age is in doubt. If you have paid for an order we cancel, the money comes back to you.
Payment and delivery
Checkout offers cash on delivery. Delivery costs nothing from AED 350 and AED 30 below that, in all seven emirates.
Problems with an order
Damaged, wrong or faulty goods are handled under the refund and returns policy.
