Five minutes is enough. Follow the order below and keep the delivery rule in mind.
From product to parcel
- Open the product page and select the flavour or option offered.
- Add to cart, then review the cart.
- On the checkout page pick your emirate, then add the area, the street or building and a landmark if it helps. Enter a number that rings.
- Confirm the order. Checkout offers cash on delivery; to pay online instead, ask for a payment link on WhatsApp.
- Open the confirmation email that follows and read the address and the number again.

Cash payment
Give the courier the cash when the parcel arrives. Checkout itself has no card option, so online payment goes through the WhatsApp link (message +971 54 548 0709).
A detail is wrong
Tell us on the contact page as soon as you spot it. A partial address or a phone that goes unanswered can delay the parcel or end with the order cancelled.
The parcel arrives damaged or wrong
Keep the packaging, photograph the problem and follow the refund and returns policy. The authenticity page says what to look at when you open it.
Who may order
Adults only: 18 and above. The age restriction notice has the wording.
