The AAOK ladder
AAOK sells one idea at five sizes, which makes it easy to see what changes with the puff rating.

Titles write strength as mg or as a percentage. When a title says mg it normally means mg per ml, so 20mg is 2%. Divide by 10 to convert.
What the puff rating means
It is the maker’s estimate at a fixed draw length. Long, hard draws use the liquid faster, so a 120,000-puff device does not promise 120,000 of your puffs. Compare sizes inside one brand and treat the number as a guide.
MTL and DTL
MTL is mouth-to-lung: a tighter draw, closer to a cigarette. DTL is direct-to-lung: a looser, airier draw that suits hookah-style flavours. AAOK 80000 lists both in its title, while AAOK Hookah 100K and Vozol Gear Hookah 40000 say DTL.

Strength and size are separate choices. Mazaya Deep Cloud Shisha is rated at 80,000 puffs and lists 6MG, while Pod Salt Nexus is rated at 6,000 and lists 20mg. Nicotine is addictive, so this is a purchase for adults who already use it.
Nicotine-free listings
Two titles say so: HQD Miracle 8000 is described as nicotine-free and AIVONO AIM MAGIC 20000 lists 0MG. They are still sold to adults only.
Battery and charging
The spec list on a product page carries the battery size in mAh where it is known. Charge a device only if its listing calls it rechargeable, as the AAOK 60K title does, and do not leave a charging device unattended.
