Which emirates do you deliver to?
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We deliver inside the UAE only. See delivery areas.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders of AED 350 or more, and AED 30 on orders below AED 350, in every emirate.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery at checkout, or online through a payment link sent on WhatsApp.
Can I pay by card online?
Not at checkout. Ask on WhatsApp and we send an online payment link instead.
How do I place an order?

I made a mistake in my address. What now?
Write to us through the contact page straight away. The earlier you write, the more we can do, and an order already with the courier may not be changeable.

What does the puff rating mean?
It is the maker’s estimate of how many puffs a device gives at a fixed draw length. Your own count will differ. The buying guide explains how to use it.
What do 20mg, 2% and 5% mean?
They describe nicotine strength. Per ml, 10mg equals 1%, so 20mg is 2% and 50mg is 5%.
Do you sell nicotine-free disposables?
Two titles say so, HQD Miracle 8000 and AIVONO AIM MAGIC 20000.
Which TEREA stick fits which device?
TEREA sticks fit ILUMA devices. Blade-type sticks fit older blade-style devices, and the two are not interchangeable. See the TEREA guide.
Do you sell heating devices?
The shop lists TEREA sticks. It does not list a heating device at the moment.
